We want you to be fully satisfied with your handcrafted footwear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and original-condition items. Please ensure your boots or shoes are tried on a carpeted surface to prevent any marking on the soles before initiating a request.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the footwear in its original branded box and secure it within a protective outer mailing bag or box to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel, ensuring old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated courier service; once received and inspected at our Northamptonshire factory, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
